Kevin oversees all aspects of Symetri's quality and business improvement efforts such as developing and administering the consulting services team, training and coaching employees, and ensuring that the consulting services team are exceeding customers’ expectations. He is responsible for establishing strategic plans, policies, and procedures at all levels of the consulting organization to ensure that Microdesk’s team continues to grow to meet the demands of the industry. Prior to joining the company, Kevin was an Electrical Engineer/Project Leader with WSP Lincolne Scott, where he managed multiple electrical design projects and MEP teams as a project leader.
Yvette Dainton is Chief Strategy Officer at Symetri, leading global strategy and transformation in an industry being reshaped by AI. She works with leaders and teams to rethink how capability is built, adapted, and scaled in motion, helping them navigate complexity and create sustained competitive advantage in a world where change never stops.
Alan Stone is Senior Director, AECO Europe at Symetri, where he leads strategic development across the Nordics, the UK, and Ireland. He is responsible for driving change, strengthening regional collaboration, and advancing digital transformation initiatives across the AECO sector.
With more than 30 years of experience in IT solutions and technical leadership, Alan brings a strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business objectives to deliver sustainable results. Over the course of his career, he has held a series of progressive leadership roles, including Head of IT Solutions and Business Area Director for the UK & Ireland, consistently building high-performing teams and guiding organisations through complex change.
Annika Svensson is Director of Marketing for Symetri’s AEC Nordic business unit, where she drives strategic marketing development and supports growth across the region. She brings extensive experience from senior marketing, sales, and business development roles, including many years at Ericsson. Her background spans telecom, digital transformation, and B2B marketing, with a strong focus on aligning customer needs, technology, and business outcomes.
Antje Jackelén is the Archbishop Emerita, she is a Doctor of Theology and the former Archbishop of the Church of Sweden. At the BIM Summit by Symetri she will join us on stage discussing how digitalization does contribute to a good society for all? What should we think about when addressing artificial intelligence, democracy and even human dignity?
Carlos Henríquez is an architect, educator, and author of The Pocket AI Guide working at the intersection of BIM, AI, and digital construction. As Curriculum Manager for Architecture and BIM at Noroff Fagskole, he focuses on AI literacy, information governance, and responsible technology use in the built environment.
Agnes Hammarstrand is one of Sweden’s leading lawyers in digitalisation, IT and cyber law, helping organisations manage legal and cyber risks in a practical, business-focused way. She is a highly awarded expert – twice voted the lawyer most fellow lawyers would choose to hire themselves – and known for her energy on stage and her ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
Jim TeDesco is Vice President of Marketing at Eagle Point Software, where he leads global marketing for the Pinnacle Series platform. With extensive experience in the AECO, design, and manufacturing technology industries, he is a strong advocate for advancing modern learning and development strategies that build capability and drive organizational growth.
Erik Matton is a licensed psychologist and CEO of Behaviour Design Group. He helps organisations turn behavioural science into practical leadership and measurable change. With a strong focus on safety culture, performance, and sustainable behaviour change, Erik supports companies in building ways of working that actually stick. He is also an award-winning, published author on Behaviour Based Safety
Patrik has the role of AI Adoption Lead at Tyréns, where he drives the implementation of SvenAI and trained 1,300 people throughout the group in 2024. With 25 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, starting in construction production, he has worked with digitalization and BIM for most of his career.
Kalle works with developing various AI technologies and new business models, to help Tyréns Group in its transformation journey to become a leader in applied AI within the built environment sector. He is the leader of the A.Engineer product team and go-to-market operations.
Jasmin Zecic, VP of ICT at CTS Group, leads the company’s digital transformation and, with his background as a civil engineer, holds specialized expertise in BIM and VDC. Throughout his career, Jasmin has focused on streamlining workflows through innovative technology, and under his leadership CTS Group has achieved significant gains in both project management and customer
Alongside his role at Ridge, Mike is an active contributor to the wider digital construction community. He has been closely involved with nima (formerly the UK BIM Alliance), previously hosting the South West BIM region, and continues to support the organisation through the delivery of annual digital construction events at the University of the West of England (UWE)
Camilla Berggren-Tarrodi is an architect and innovation leader at RISE with extensive experience in sustainable urban development, digitalization, and strategic innovation work. She leads, among other things, an international research project in NeuroArchitecture that explores how urban environments affect human health and well-being, and how research-based design can contribute to the sustainable cities of the future.
Nigel brings 35 years of construction industry experience, specializing in digital asset information strategies and data management. He has promoted streamlined, single-source data workflows and practical, sustainable digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. Notably, Nigel played a key role in overseeing digital systems and processes for Heathrow’s Terminal 5 Terminal 2 and Expansion programmes, which included establishing the Common Data Environment. Currently, he is leading a companywide initiative to implement a comprehensive digital asset information change strategy and roadmap.
Knut is a passionate advocate for leveraging digital technology to transform the architectural design process. In his work he develop, test, and implement innovative solutions that empower architects, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the building lifecycle. This focus on digital tools enhances design, facilitates informed decision-making through data analysis, and streamlines communication across disciplines.
Jens joined Symetri in 2009 as a business unit manager and has held various positions in the company before becoming CEO in 2016. With 20+ years of industry experience, Jens has a solid management track record of leading international teams in various functional areas to create tangible business growth. As the CEO of Symetri he is responsible for the overall operations and business development of the company. He strives to challenge, and to be challenged by people that have a passion for finding new ways to work smarter for a better future by developing and connecting technology with people in a way that contributes to meaningful change.
Emmanuel is a BIM & AI Evangelist and has spent over 23 years at Autodesk and now leads BIM Ecosystem Business Development across Europe, driving the AEC industry's digital transformation. With a background in architecture and more than 35 years of experience in 3D technology, he is also the visionary behind the global ‘Utopic City’ community and the author of the influential ABCD blog.
CEO and co-founder of Bimify. Previous experience as intrapreneur within Walter AEC (BIM consulting) with 10+ years of industry experience. The experience also includes roles within a marketing agency (Honesty) and a battery company (Northvolt). MSc in Industrial Economics with specialization in data and machine learning from KTH.
Anett is passionate about creating a more sustainable business community and works as a strategic advisor and change agent within sustainability at Virvle. Before she started working with sustainability, she was Director of Digitalisation and Development at Statsbygg, where she worked to challenge and influence the building and property industry's use of technology and digital tools.
Tytti leads Granlund’s Consulting business area and steer their company‑wide sustainability development. Her background ranges from low‑carbon legislation and methodology development in the construction industry to hands‑on impact across 100+ projects, products and client companies, as well as earlier work developing LCA software. She turns strategy, data and technology into measurable outcomes: reducing impacts, improving performance and creating lasting competitive advantage.
Ian Keough is a software architect and entrepreneur at the forefront of computational design in the built environment. He created goBIM, which was acquired by Vela Systems for use in Vela Field which, after acquisition by Autodesk, became BIM 360 Field. He then created Dynamo, the open-source visual programming language now shipped with Autodesk Revit and supported by a thriving global community of designers and engineers. Ian left Autodesk in 2018 to found Hypar, a simple, powerful, early-stage building design application that enables anyone to generate richly detailed building models from simple inputs.
