Trude BergTrude joined Symetri in 2012 and became CBO in 2015 with the mission to centralise and modernise the marketing organisation so it worked more effectively. With these goals accomplished she has now moved her focus to globally branding Symetri as a solution provider and thought leader within our industries. With 30+ years in the software industry Trude has the experience and drive to solve any problem and knows that great teamwork is key to success.
Sveinung VikSveinung joined Symetri in 2014 and became Finance Director in 2017. During his time at Symetri he has been a driving force in many large-scale changes and re-organisations. As an experienced Finance Director Sveinung is an expert at facilitating long-term growth and implementing strategic change. He is passionate about connecting with people and modernising processes.
Mikko joined Symetri in 2011 and after leading the Manufacturing Business Unit for several years he became CTO in 2020. He now leads a global team of professionals responsible for the Symetri Technology portfolio as well as focuses on discovering new technologies that reinforces Symetri’s competitive advantage and smart use of technology internally to enable streamlined processes for our operations. With 25+ years of experience of business development in industrial companies, Mikko is passionate about helping our customers and colleagues to reach their goals by smart use of leading edge digital solutions.
Johan LundqvistJohan joined Symetri as CPO in 2020. With a solid background in human resources his mission is to support our senior leadership to define guidelines in order to assist our managers and employees, develop and reinforce the Symetri Way, and continuously develop our ability to lead successful teams. Johan is passionate about creating success through people and develop leaders and employees to constantly perform better.
Raymond PaulsenRaymond joined Symetri in 2001 and became Chief Revenue Officer, Autodesk business in 2017. Before joining Symetri Raymond managed his own company for eight years. With a history of building business within the industry, Raymond is experienced in all things Autodesk. Today he manages Symetri’s Autodesk business globally and believes that the key to success is surrounding oneself with competent people with the drive to innovate and work smarter.
Fredrik AnderssonFredrik joined Symetri as team leader for Symetri’s IT services in 2018. In 2020 he became IT Director with the mission to develop the internal IT team. With a background of IT operation and delivery in the manufacturing industry, retail and infrastructure he is a reliable partner when it comes to building IT processes that support business processes, drives KPI’s and streamlines workflows. In his position, his colleagues are his customer, and he is dedicated to supporting them, solving problems and making the binary work dynamically.
Per joined Symetri in 2008 and has since held several leadership positions within the company. He is today responsible for Symetri sales and operations for the Building and Infrastructure industry in the Nordics. With 20+ years of experience in the software industry, Per is passionate to make a difference in the industry and believes strongly that digitalisation is the answer to our challenges with urbanisation and sustainability.
