Naviate and Sovelia PLM PI planning sessions will take place prior to Kickoff in the same location.

Event will take place in Vienna, Austria at Flemings Hotel Vienna-Stadthalle March 13-14 2024.
The purpose of our kickoff is to bring together the Symetri Technology team, providing updates from 2023 and outlining the direction for 2024 and beyond. Most importantly let's get to know each other even better and have some fun together!

These take place in the same location from Monday 11th March afternoon to Wednesday 13th March 13:00 CET. More information and details for these PI Planning sessions will follow separately.

Travel arrangements
Please arrange your own travel, taking into consideration cost, time and sustainability factors. Your conscientious choices will have a difference. Before booking your travel, please talk to you manager.
If you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay to explore the beautiful city of Vienna, kindly arrange your accommodation independently, separate from the official PI Planning/Kickoff arrangements.
Check-in at hotel
Check-in takes place at the end of the day. Luggage, outerwear etc can be placed in the Mainstage conference room meanwhile.
Check out on day of leaving by 12.00.
Please make sure you arrive on time.
Accommodation
Accommodation at the event will be organized for everyone at Flemings Hotel Vienna-Stadthalle.
Rooms have been booked for all as per below:

Flemings Hotel Wien-Stadthalle was awarded the Austrian Ecolabel in October 2023 in recognition of our consistent commitment to environmental protection and sustainable resource use.
Hotel is also in central location. The renowned “Mariahilfer Straße” Shopping street is situated very close to the hotel and the Westbahnhof (Railway Station West) is only a few steps away.
